Engineering
and technical
advisory.
A privately held advisory and procurement firm.
Engagements are scoped, contracted, invoiced, and settled directly under the firm's own balance sheet — never as agent or intermediary on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
The firm operates across two distinct practice areas:
A — Contractual Advisory for Large Infrastructure Projects: encompassing construction claims preparation, dispute analysis, project controls, and contract administration for major civil and industrial works.
B — Private Aircraft Management Advisory: covering the technical, regulatory, and logistical aspects of private aviation asset management.
All mandates are documented under formal scopes of work with defined deliverables, payment terms, and the disclosures appropriate to the jurisdictions involved.
The firm maintains banking, tax, and regulatory reporting consistent with its stated activities. Client onboarding follows KYC and KYB procedures aligned with U.S. financial-institution standards.
Engineering
& Private Aircraft
Management Advisory.
Sectors served.
Engagements concentrate in sectors where technical specification, procurement, and cross-border coordination intersect. The firm declines mandates outside these areas.
Operating principles.
The way an engagement is structured matters as much as its technical merits. The firm operates under a small number of fixed principles.
The firm contracts as a principal in every engagement. No nominee, undisclosed agent, or pass-through activity for any third party.
Every engagement is supported by a written scope of work, dated and signed, identifying deliverables, fees, and the period of performance.
Receipts and disbursements move through the firm's U.S. or Panama banking, with payment references that match the underlying invoice and contract.
Counterparties are screened against U.S. sanctions lists and corporate registries before onboarding. Mandates outside acceptable jurisdictions are declined.
Contracts, invoices, shipping and customs records, and bank entries are maintained in a coherent record set, available on request.
The firm grows by reputation and repeat engagement rather than volume. Mandates are accepted at a pace consistent with documentation capacity.
